How do I invest?

To invest you must be a qualified Accredited Investor as defined by the I.R.S. Code. Fully funded Accredited Investors become members of a limited liability company that will serve as the corporate entity for the investors. Each member shall receive a Working Interest which is based on the Net Revenue Interest in each well comprised of their share of the profits or losses of all of the wells in the Program.  To request more information, go to our Investor Information Request page.

What is an Accredited Investor?

What is a Working Interest owner?

A Working Interest owner is obligated to pay a corresponding percentage of the cost of leasing, drilling, producing and operating a well or unit. After royalties are paid, the working interest also entitles its owner to share in production revenues with other working interest owners, based on the percentage of working interest owned. 

What is an Net Revenue Interest?

A Net Revenue Interst is a share of production after all burdens, such as royalty and overriding royalty, have been deducted from the working interest. It is the percentage of production that each party actually receives.

To learn where the wells our wells are located we must first obtain a Non-Diclosure Agreement from you. Please go to our Request Info page.
